I have been a Flyball instructor since 2019, and have the experience of delivering Flyball workshops in schools and NGOs.

Flyball (旋風球), an exciting new sport (新興運動) originating in Taiwan, is rapidly gaining popularity for its unique combination of various ball games. This adrenaline-pumping sport combines speed, agility, and teamwork, captivating athletes and spectators alike. With its fast-paced gameplay and focus on collaboration, Flyball provides an exhilarating way to stay fit and enhance teamwork among players.
Flyball has now spread from Taiwan to Hong Kong, where it is gaining popularity in primary and secondary schools. The sport’s engaging nature and emphasis on teamwork make it an excellent choice for NGOs and corporations, who are increasingly incorporating Flyball into their team-building events.
Since delivering Flyball workshops to schools (during PE lessons) and organizations in 2019, I have been committed to not only teaching the fundamentals of Flyball but also ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience for all participants.

Flyball Workshop
Flyball is a great option for players who enjoy fast-paced, high-energy sports that require agility, coordination, and teamwork. Flyball can be played both indoors and outdoors and is suitable for all skill levels. The sport promotes physical fitness, mental agility, and socialization among students. With its easy-to-learn rules and exciting gameplay, flyball can be an excellent addition to your school’s sports programs.

Introduction to Flyball (Lecture)

Participant Safety Guidelines:
- For primary and secondary schools
- a class of 15-20 students should be accompanied by one PE teacher
- a class of 21-30 students should preferably have either two PE teachers or one PE teacher along with a TA from the school
- For adults and tertiary students
- a suggested class size of 15-30 participants is ideal for ensuring an enjoyable and interactive experience for everyone

Indoor Venue Requirements:
- The venue should be comparable to the size of a basketball court, with a minimum height of 4 meters.
- The area should be free of any fragile glass materials.
Outdoor Venue Requirements:
- The venue should be comparable to the size of a basketball court, with fences ideally at least 5 meters tall.
- In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (e.g. rain), the organizer should consider relocating to an indoor venue that meets the above requirements or opt for a lecture-style class.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, please provide a photo of the anticipated venue for the experiential class. If needed, a site visit can be arranged (extra fee applicable) to confirm the venue’s suitability and safety for a Flyball class.
The rate will vary based on factors such as the delivery mode and location.
The minimum charge for each visit to the school or venue is HKD 700, covering a 2-hour Flyball workshop session.
